Noël, Ludovic, Director, Pôle de compétitivité /cluster Imaginove (Lyon, France)
As Director of the cluster Imaginove for the past 2 years, Ludovic Noël coaches image industry stakeholders (video games, film, audiovisual and animation) regarding the development issues of their activities. Mr. Noël has been an economic development specialist for the past 15 years. He previously worked for an economic development agency, then for the Direction de l’Économie de la Région Rhône-Alpes and finally for the Novacité incubator, where he specialized in coaching innovative young businesses in relation with public research laboratories.
The mission of the cluster Imaginove is to develop synergies among image industry subsectors (video games, film, audiovisual, animation and multimedia) by favouring anticipation and stimulating innovation by professionals. Imaginove brings together more than 210 businesses on the R&D, commercial/international and training aspects. Its objective is to accompany the Rhône-Alpes players in a dynamic process of market and vocational change by providing simple, concrete support to competitiveness as a whole; innovation, commercial and competencies. The Imaginove cluster, dedicated to the manufacturing and dissemination of multimedia content, has the ambition to become the European reference within 5 years.
