Fraikin, Hans, Film Commissioner, Québec Film and Television Council (Montréal)
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing, Mr. Fraikin has occupied several key positions within the film and television industry in Asia and Europe (with Twentieth Century Fox). He was also involved in the start-up of two IT companies in France. Most recently he served as Director of Telefilm Canada’s European office. Mr. Fraikin brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the QFTC, in addition to his proven expertise in international business development.
The Québec Film and Television Council is recognized as the Metropolitan Montréal’s cinema and television cluster. The Québec Film and Television Council’s mission is to contribute to the development of Québec's competitiveness as a world-class film and television production centre.
