Mathiolon, Guy, President, Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Lyon (France)
Guy Mathiolon is President and CEO, Public Works and Environment of Groupe Serfim and President of Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de Lyon (CCI) since January 2007. Decorated as a Chevalier of the Legion of Honour, a major mark of recognition in France, Guy Mathiolon received his engineering title from the École Centrale de Lyon in 1978. He is a member of the Board of the Fédération Nationale des Travaux Publics (the national public works federation) and an officer of LOU Rugby.
Guy Mathiolon has assumed many consular functions, such as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SA Aéroports de Lyon and President of COFIL and SEPEL (Eurexpo). He is also National Chairman of the Comité d’Action des Sociétés Aéroportuaires (C.A.S.A – the airport corporations action committee) and served from 2003 to 2006 as President of the Fédération Régionale des Travaux Publics Rhônes-Alpes (regional public works federation).
The Chambre de commerce et d’industrie (CCI) de Lyon takes action to develop a competitive economic fabric. CCI de Lyon looks after management of facilities and infrastructures and seeks to increase and improve training potential and strengthen the internationalization of businesses and its territory. It is composed of Parc des expositions Eurexpo (exhibition and convention centre), Lyon-Saint Exupéry and Lyon-Bron Airports, the Musée des Tissus et des Arts décoratifs de Lyon (museum of fabrics and decorative arts) and EM LYON Business School.
