Toulemonde, Gilles, President and CEO, I-Nova (Lyon, France)
President and CEO and co-founder of I-Nova, Gilles Toulemonde is a graduate of the École des Mines de Paris. The study of innovation management he conducted among 10 industrial groups served as the foundation of the I-Nova business project starting in 2001. Since the creation of I-Nova, Mr. Toulemonde has coached one quarter of the 100 European firms in their innovative business projects.
I-Nova publishes innovation management software and helps businesses increase their innovative capacity by setting up an idea and innovation management system, known as SMI². SMI² makes it possible to act on the main challenges of competitiveness: new products, engagement of collaborators, listening to customers and continuous improvement.
I Nova has a total of more than 600,000 users and its software generated nearly 250,000 ideas and innovations in 2007. I-Nova serves companies with over 500 employees. Its clients include Michelin, Total, Essilor, Crédit Foncier de France, Groupe Seb, Schneider Electric and SNCF.
